Join the UZH Student Pool

Are you interested in helping shape digital and AI-driven student experiences at UZH?

The UZH Student Pool brings together students who would like contribute to building digital solutions, help shape innovative intranet experiences, and participate at engaging UZH events and initiatives. 

By joining the pool, you may be contacted from time to time and invited to take part in things such as:

  • Project participation
  • Focus groups
  • User testing
  • Interviews or feedback sessions
  • Workshops and events

Participation is always voluntary. Joining the pool does not commit you to taking part in anything - it simply means we may contact you when a relevant opportunity comes up.

Why join?

By joining the student pool, you can:

  • Share your ideas and experiences
  • Help improve student-facing initiatives and services
  • Contribute to the development of UZH.ai, AI Buddy, and Studiverse
  • Hear about opportunities to take part in events and projects

How it works

  1. Complete the sign-up form.
  2. We will add you to the UZH Student Pool.
  3. When suitable opportunities arise, we may contact you with more information.
  4. You decide each time whether you would like to participate.

Who can join?

The student pool is open to all UZH students who are interested in contributing to initiatives related to UZH.ai, AI Buddy, and Studiverse.

Data and privacy

If you join the student pool, your information will be used only for the purpose of contacting you about relevant participation opportunities related to UZH.ai, AI Buddy, and Studiverse. Participation in any activity is optional, and you can choose not to respond to invitations.

You can also request to be removed from the pool at any time.

    UZH.ai connects disciplines across the University of Zurich to advance responsible AI through research, education, and collaboration, exploring how AI can deepen knowledge and benefit society.
  • AI Buddy

    AI Buddy is a student-centered AI assistant developed with and for UZH students, supporting course management, information search, and study organization while prioritizing inclusivity, openness, data protection, and continuous improvement through feedback.
  • Studiverse

    Studiverse gives students central, personalized access to study information, tools, and administrative services, simplifying orientation and improving the overall digital study experience at UZH.
